WS 2007/2008
Brinsley Miller
After a season of backstage work, Peter returns to the stage as the male lead.

Brinsley Miller is a poor but somewhat talented artist who wants to hit it big. In order to achieve that goal, he has searched and found the proper girl with some connections. Being the older and more experienced one in the relationship, he easily convinces her of an engagement. Although he claims to love her, he has never told her the full truth about Clea, who recently left him, or about Harold and their “friendship.”
Brin bends the truth to make it fit and so he digs his own grave as his lies soon catch up with him.
When the lights go out and the whole crowd soon appears at Brin’s doorstep, things become really complicated. He has to make a good impression on Colonel Melkett, who, hopefully, is his future father-in-law. He has to keep Harold away from his own apartment and at the same time, he has to keep him from seeing his furniture in Brin’s flat. He has to sell his art to a deaf millionaire. On top of that, he has to keep Carol from finding out the truth about Clea as well as Harold not finding out that he is engaged. Of course, things get out of control quickly and soon Brin is going up shit creek without a paddle. In the end, it is all about survival and not getting smashed by the furious ones.
