Founder and Former Director
Dr. Lars Heiler is the founder and director of the Company. When he came to Kassel in 2006, he established the English Drama Group as he had been doing theater for 15 years in Mannheim and wanted to continue that tradition. His creative input and guidance guarantee the success of the Company. He is the fixed-point while actors come and go. He leads the actors on their way to understand their roles and to present them on stage. Furthermore, he explains vocabulary, keeps the overview over confused actors and tries to keep everything organized.
