Description

Scientists argue that we are a generation of digital natives, having been born and raised in a time when personal computers and the internet are a integral part of our daily lifes.

The Red Brick Company takes a look at our digital lifes and asks: What would happen, if our digital behaviours would apply to our “real lifes”? Would you spell out a “LOL” out to you best friends jokes? How does “ROFL” apply to any kind of situation, really? We bring to light the aspects of our computerized life that anyone of us has been in contact with, one way or the other.

In this generation of Digital Natives, Maggie Whitman lives the most digital life of all. She video-chats with her parents instead of having to put up with them personally. Her social life revolves around facebook, and even her love life happens through online gaming. No, Mag is not a loner. She just prefers anything digital over the real world.
Little does she know that her life has been watched by the magical creatures that make our computers work, those bits and bytes that call themselves Native Digitals. And to much of her surprise, one day she gets downloaded into their world to see whats really going on in her computer. It will be the story of her life.
